i am a subcontractor for and my company name is Allpoints Plumbing LLC. I completed a job in Lenox, MA and we did not receive all payments due to the company. So, we filed a mechanics lien through Levelset and now I am told we need to file suit and that we have to use a lawyer for this. Can you help us?
All companies need to have an attorney to represent them in MA and you need to file a lawsuit to keep the lien going.
