We are a home builder and we want a Release of Liability for a vendor.

Our client wants to use a garage door supplier and installer that is not one of our approved vendors. So, we would like a Release of Liability for any incorrect or damage done if not installed correctly and or future issues with that door after we get the CO on the home.
