California

We are a cement supplier, do we have lien rights if the material is shipped to a Plant, outside the customers job? The cement is mixed with other materials to create "concrete", then shipped to the jobsite.

Good morning!  Who is your customer and who are you invoicing -- the concrete supplier?

I'm just reaching out to confirm your cement company was paid on this project subject to your inquiry. If I can further assist your company with any unpaid invoices, please feel free to call or email. My firm can collect for you even when lien rights have expired or were never pursued.
