wavier and release form question

I'm the owner of the parcel in Nevada las Vegas and hired the GC to do the development. The GC had also hired the sub to do the job and they send the wavier & release form to the voucher to obtain the money. Under the form from the sub, there a line called "Undersigned's customer", and they put my GC company in that line. Should they put my company name on that line instead of my GC company name? Please advise. Thanks!
