Hello. I would need some additional information to answer your question. Was a mechanic's lien filed? If so, how long ago? Was a lawsuit filed to perfect it? If so, how long after the lien was filed. Why do you believe its non-enforceable?
Or are you wanting to remove/release a lien that you filed?
