The project in question was not completed due to inadequate plans and requirement details necessary to finish. First day on the site is 10/5/21 and last work completed is 12/19/21. We filed a notice of non-payment (over $200k is unpaid) on 1/31/22 and today 2/16/22 initiated a notice of lien.
