Under Mechanics Lien, is a not for profit Owner of the property considered Commercial in New York State?

We are trying to fill out the zlien form and when I entered a not for profit it said there were no products available in New York.

Typically, a not for profit project will be considered a commercial project. If entered as a public project, a mechanics lien will not an available product. Selecting "Commercial" or "Other" as project type should result in a mechanics lien as an available product in New York.
