If I have a sub whom has a 2nd tier sub/supplier, whom does the 2nd tier supplier need to list on the unconditional release? The Preliminary notice only lists the sub and the GC, Owner not the 1st tier sub/supplier. thank you
Good morning and thank you for reaching out. The Unconditional Release typically goes to whomever requests it. Normally it is the suppliers customer, but anyone can request a release that has to do with the project. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
