If we request a Conditional Lien Release and an Unconditional Lien Release from a Subcontractor (we are the General Contractor): 1) Is the Subcontractor required to submit both releases to us prior to making any future payments? 2) The Subcontractor only provided a Conditional Lien Release. We made the payment for the Unconditional, but they have not provided us with an Unconditional Lien Release as requested.
