How do you get supplier and sub on one Unconditional ? Does it come fro supplier With both names since they cashed the joint check?
Both the suplplier and sub should submit a conditional waiver and release to elicit the check, and then likely an unconditional waiver and release once each has verified the check has cleared the bank.
