ABL108 still has 2 invoices that have not been billed can i put the full amount for job on the intent to lien? also, this property was purchased from Berk Properties halfway through the project, but we do not have a signed contract with Califlips for this takeover of property and completion of job. Can i still do the intent of Lien?
