type of lien is needed and how do I do this or who can do this for me?

I have a CA judgement for a WA 1/2 value interest of a house/land thru divorce. Inwould like to put a lien on the house for when it sells I will recieve 1/2 value. Out of the 3 types of liens which type do I need? and how do I get instructions on how to proceed?

I don't really have enough information to answer the question. It sounds like you have a judgment granting you an equitable lien on a house. If I am right, you need to record the judgment in Washington and it will automatically attach

The CA Judgment should be registered and filed in the County in WA where the property is located. Only then can it become an encumbrance upon that real estate. You should contact an attorney in that County to assist you in registering and filing the CA judgment.
