Timing of filing lien over the Christmas holiday

ColoradoLien Deadlines

We sent a Notice of Intent to Lien on 12/17/20 for a project located in Avon, Colorado. This was a 10 day notice. I am wondering what day an actual lien would need to be filed given the upcoming holiday and possible Colorado state office closures. The 10th day (12/27/20) falls on a Sunday, and there might also be closures on 12/24 & 12/25.

So long as at least 10 days has passed, you can record the lien, assuming it was timely submitted and otherwise appropriate. If the 10th day falls on a Sunday, I would record on Monday.

I like these holidays and similar celebrations. Usually at this time there will be more time for myself and attending interesting events. And I reviewed the art event ticket and plan to visit it. For me, this is an opportunity to plunge into an environment that interests me. Moreover, there is enough time and opportunity for this.
