Contractor caused $7000 damage to my home replacing tile roof so I withheld pmt. He filed lien. I gave his attorney complete pmt to hold in escrow and asked for lien release. It's been several weeks after check cleared and atty still wont provide release and still hasn't provided anything from city that new roof passed inspection.
