Through dates on lien waivers

CaliforniaLien Waivers
Anonymous Material Supplier

Customer paid in full on: 3/15 Customer requests conditional through this date: 2/28 Customer requests this on: 6/13 My question: Do you put that they paid in full on the conditional thru 2/28, or that they haven't (since the through date is 2/28 and they didn't pay at that point?)

You should be safe completing the conditional lien waiver with a through date of 2/28 by stating the payment status as of 2/28. If the customer wants an updated conditional or final waiver after that, they can ask you for an updated waiver. Or just contact the customer and see if they want you to do something different given the current payment status.
