I am a contractor that was remodeling an apartment complex in Florida. I filed my leins with the court and all was done properly. I jsut found out they sold the property, how does the effect the lein. In 14 days, I am filing to enforce the lein.

I suggest that you consult an attorney to investigate this a little futher. They can sell the property if they bonded the liens.
