luis angulo was not able to do the work correctly and timely so i had to hire someone else who was capable to finish the work .furthermore, he was drinking, and doing drug on the job and he was not able to do the job as timely promised by the due date. he got inept people including himself to try to do the work and was not able to do the work corrrectly.
