i am prperty owner. contactor doing deckfloor . what ever material applying on deck floor three month after start crecking and fall part.i full pay contractor.contractor did not pay supplier.supplier put line on my property. supplyer never give me prilimnary notice.his sells person never gave me bill.he never told me to pay for matirial they supplying.whate shoud i do.it is $14255.98
