Mike Slattery 210.632.9089 mikes@otpsys.com I had loaned $9500 as a short term loan to Gustavo Valadez of Strattons Construction LLC March 2, 2020 so he could finish some jobs. He has not made any attempt to pay back this loan, just excuses. The loan was made to his company with a credit card. Here are detail made for loan to his company. Good morning Mike,

Unfortunately we specialize in construction mechanics liens which would involve material or labor provided on a construction property. The situation of loaning money wouldn't typically fall under that classification.

I would suggest contacting an attorney to see what your options are and possibly looking into a Small Claims suit. I have attached an article talking about that process here
