I have a question ? Do I need a special license as a contractor owner if I have to provide specialized services as HVAC o Electrical Work ? Or just the person who’s gonna do the work ? I’m electrical engineer from other country and business man . I dont to study again to get a master electrician. I mean if I’m the owner how can provide specialized service with third person which are is the specialized and I’m the employer

You must have a licensed HVAC or Electrician on staff to perform those services. You may be that person yourself or you may hire someone. If you hire someone and they leave, you will need to have another one on staff in order to continue projects requiring those licenses.
