Signed the contract with invalid scope of work

Indiana

I'm a subcontractor working for a General Contractor on a Hotel Project. Our scope of work was identified as installing all shower doors and we signed the contract. However, turned out that the number of shower doors that needs to be installed is two times higher than what has been provided in our quote. Please advice if it's still possible to change the terms of the contract after it's been signed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Levelset community. Have you made the GC aware of the error in the contract? Also, your question might be too situational for an attorney to answer in this public forum. You may wish to consider consulting an attorney privately. Here are some attorneys from our directory in your area: https://www.levelset.com/payment-help/experts/construction-lawyer/indiana/
