Hello, I am trying to clean up our books after a bad bookkeeper. I have retainage amounts due from years ago still on the books, but no one is around from that time period to tell me, if there was a reason or double invoice. They are from 2011-2016. Should I go ahead and right them off?I have to evidence they were paid or even due.
