I am a supplier of lighting fixtures to a job site in MA. At the end of Dec 2021 they wanted to Prepay us $300,000.00. Which we received from our GC. They are now asking us to sign an Unconditional Waiver for the Partial payment. On the Waiver is a balance still owed to us on the project of $ 60,000.00 approx - however subject to change based on the project going forward for actual changes on the job and price increase. The question i have should we sign this knowing that Ttile has not passed on anything at this point on the project and the final prices are not yet in.
