Should I hire an attorney for a new pool that has a plumbing leak under ground?

Arizona

I am a homeowner in Phoenix that recently had a new pool installed and completed in March of 2021. It is still under warranty. Although we went through reviews of the pool company that did the install prior to signing the contract (which were all very good), it now appears that most of the reviews over the last year are horrible, specifically around issues with the construction and never-ending challenges with getting the pool company to inspect and repair. I just called and emailed the pool company but have yet to speak with anyone from the pool company. Since this is a new pool and so many people have had issues getting a resolution for the issues they're facing, should we be working with a construction attorney sooner than later?

It might be a little early for that, especially if it is under warranty. I would recommend waiting to see what their response is. Between the warranty and how new the pool is, I would think that you will get a very positive response. On the other hand, if they jerk you around at all on whether they are responsible, then you should probably get a lawyer involved at that point.
