You do not have time to lien the property properly. In Pennsylvania you need to file a Notice of Intent to Lien 30 days before the lien:

https://www.levelset.com/mechanics-lien/pennsylvania-lien-law-faqs/#:~:text=On%20all%20projects%2C%20a%20Notice,days%20before%20filing%20a%20lien.&text=6%20months-,Lien%20must%20be%20filed%20w%2Fin%206%20months,last%20labor%20or%20materials%20furnished.&text=2%20years-,In%20Pennsylvania%2C%20an%20action%20to%20enforce%20a%20mechanics%20lien%20must,of%20filing%20the%20lien%20claim.

Altough you could file the lien under the six month threshhold, you would not be able to file the required Notice of Intent to lien first.
