Should I file mechanical lien?

TexasMechanics Lien
Anonymous Sub-Subcontractor

I'm a subcontractor that did some work on numerous units for an apartment complex in December of 2022 and successfully completed job in January 2023. Out of the 44 invoices I submitted only 2 got paid. How can I go about filing a mechanical lien or what should I do in order to get paid in full?

if you are not outside of the deadline File Asap, and then get help from a licensed and bonded Firm to act in your stead so that they can take you seriously because it sounds like they want to walk over you, Reach out to me i'd love to talk on this more with you 972-872-8783

Too late to file lien as a subcontractor.

Only thing you can do I hire a lawyer and sue your upstream contractor for the money.

Hope you can collect.
