I have paid about 65k to my contractor and he is unable to do the work. He seems to have no money and has spent the money I’ve paid him. He has a 20k bond in which we are due. Through mediation he agreed to pay 20k. My question is, should I sue for all that I’m out? Are there ramifications that I should know before a file a claim in court?
