how do you receive the money owed to you for painting, cleaning, etc for a real estate agent who constantly says it is not finished. I had an estimate for the work but did not have her sign off on it. Lesson learned. House is still up for sale and my husband worked on that house sometimes until midnight for several weeks. She refuses to pay because he does not hold a contractors liscense.
