I am a subcontractor that works with GCs and property owners. I purchase materials from my suppliers and wanted to ask if I should be requesting lien waivers for every invoice paid or find all invoices related to a specific project and request a waiver for the total amount of materials purchased for that project? I also subcontract out the labor so the same question would apply.
