Self employed general contractor do I count as essential business?

Governor Little's stay at home order seems to allow most construction to continue during this coronavirus outbreak. Public works, commercial construction, and construction of housing are all specifically identified as "essential." Plus, many specialty trades like plumbers, electricians, and even landscapers are specifically identified as essential, as well.
