I worked on a project as the Designer and General Contractor. The owners had another General Contractor threaten me to obtain the plans after they changed the locks on the property. I filed a police report after leaving the project with my tools and equipment. I have not been paid for my work and will need to file a Lien. The landlord did not file a Notice of Non Responsibility.
