Hello - I am in need of help please. Lien #5873507 was administered against me last year on a property I own. I only found out about it just now because I am about to sell the property and it came back on title abstract. The lien is 100% fraudulent. I have tried reaching out to the person who put the lien on the property - found him via LLC lookup - and he responded initially then stopped and won't respond to me or the title company. Corey- your best course of action would likely be to file suit to have the lien removed and pursue costs and fees against whomever placed the lien if it is invalid.
