I am a subcontractor in Colorado and I filed a verified statement of claim. I released the verified statement of claim but have not been paid. When releasing the claim I selected the opinion the reason for cancelling the lien is claimant wishes to release the claim of lien for other reasons but reserves any rights available under law to pursue collecting of the claim amount. What rights would we have if we release the claim?
