It appears that we have (3) open Mechanic Liens on the same project. Do I have to release all (3) or just the most recent lien?
You should have an attorney review the liens before you release anything. Many times in these situations, one lien may be valid but the others may not be. valid You don't want to release a valid lien and leave an invalid lien recorded - for obvious reasons.
