Release a Lien

Texas
Anonymous General Contractor

We're a general contractor and we filed a lien in California and the 90 days has expired to enforce. We've been paid. Do I need to release the lien and how would I do that?

Great to hear you got that settled!!

According to Californa Law you do have to Release the Lien, on your levelset dashboard you should have an option for that on there otherwise you will have to file Directly for the removal with the state/county. I hope this helps

If you have a problem getting Paid on mechanics liens In the future Feel free to reach out and Enlist my assitance as well
