According to the zlien 'Bond Claim & Notice Deadlines for Subcontractors' publication, a claimant can either file a Bond Claim, or a Lien on Contract Funds. Question: to the extent these remedies are cumulative, will the zlien system produce the required filings for both remedies/or just the Bond Claim notices ? This same question applies to KY, LA, WA.

That's an interesting question. First, it's worth noting that a lien on contract funds isn't an option for recovery in every state like a bond claim is. Of course, Kentucky, New Jersey, Louisiana, and Washington all have make such a claim available to construction businesses in their states. As far as how these claims are created in the zlien system - bond claims and lien claims on funds are both available in each state listed (though terminology may differ), but they're considered separate products in the zlien platform.
