I am listed as beneficiary of a condo in Naples, FL. The owner is an alcoholic and has exhausted his liquid assets. owes the condo association $9,000, and stated that they are putting a lien on the unit in which he resides (and owns outright; no mortgage). I am prepared to pay the $9,000. I want a lien document stating I will get the $9,000 back when he sells the condo. Can you advise?
