We hired a General Contractor/Builder to design a home. They've failed to meet any timelines they set and are unwilling to provide evidence of the the services delivered (such as the survey or engineering). We cancelled our engagement in writing . There was a deposit for survey, engineering, design review fees, and home design. The only work for which we have an indication of completion is the design review.. How long do we have to wait after terminating the engagement to demand a refund for services that were not delivered?
