Hello, I am currently working at ethos|three Architecture and we have a client who is managing a construction project here in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are trying to assist him in understanding his responsibilities regarding the Prevailing Wage Rates by law, guidelines, responsibilities, etc. Your assistance is appreciated - Thank you Shauna Anderson Owner responsibilities: • What is the procedure that the owner needs to go through to allow the Apprentice Bidding? • Or is the general contractor responsible? • As an owner, can they review online review of the Certified Payroll Report? • Is the owner responsible for contacting the general contract to confirm the Prevailing Wage Rates that they are using are compliant with Nevada state law? • As an owner, can they review online review of the Certified Payroll Report? What is the website? • Does the owner review and sign all payroll report that payroll has been certified and submitted by the 15th of the month.
