Prelim returned

I had sent out thru mail the prelimary notice but it was returned so am trying to file another through levelset - we were held off and now restarted can i still issue a Prelim Notice with the new date?

Yes, you can send a new notice. Just be careful to correctly fill it out, i.e., make sure that the amounts are reasonable projecttions, among other things. The preliminary notice is retroactive to 20 days before it was served.

Yes

 

But the amount to state in the notice might different from what was stated in the earlier notice.
