Prelim questions in CA:
1. If owner and lender are the same - do I have to send two separate prelims in two separate envelopes?
2. How many copies (if any at all) need to be in the envelopes to contractor, owner and lender?

1. Doesn't hurt, and better safe than sorry.
2. One copy to each.

Thank you. And just to clarify on question #2. So original signed prelim PLUS one copy of that original? Or 'just' the original signed prelim?
