Payments late on a net30 day project in Nevada. What can I do to recover payment soon?

NevadaNotice of Intent to Lien

I’m a subcontractor in Nevada. I did work for a home preservation company based in Dallas Texas. They have a net30 day policy and it’s been well over two months. I put a lot of time and effort into this job, money out of my pocket as well which is why I feel like I just can’t let that slide

Assuming you have met your Preliminary Notice Deadline of 31 days from first furnishing labor/materials, your lien needs to be filed within 90 days of your last date on the project. Have they communicated the reason payment to you has run so far beyond their A/P's net-30 time-frame? If I can be of assistance or you'd like to discuss by phone, please don't hesitate.
