On July 2020 we entered into a Contract with a General Contractor : on the Project Silver Hills at Fort Myers. to build a Swimming pool on that property. We conclude our project successfully, on 04/06/2022 after having notice of the termination and seeing slow payment we sent an Intent to lien to the GC and the Owner since we were demanding our retainage and other small invoice for the total amount of $15K. We received an email on 04/07/2022 from the Owner letting us know they terminated the contract with the GC and wanted to assume our contract on the same conditions of the original contract.
