I was staying at a ladies house for a week or so and ran into a situation and was gone for a few months. I had diamond jewelry, rare coins, star notes, silver bars & a gold bar and more expensive belongings. she told my friend in Wisconsin she was going to mail everything after she went thru it but never sent it. she texted my friend saying she put my stuff outside and it was stolen but she always has stuff outside and no one ever steals her stuff and where her house is no one can see her property and its Kentucky so every one is nice there. its been some months now but it was not my choice and other things have happened but I still want my stuff back or if she sold my stuff thru her new opening store i was helping with I want some justice. This isnt fair and she knows its not right to steal especially when I was helping her & she knew what I was going thru already so I think she took that to her advantage & threw me under the bus. Can I send her an affidavit to let her know that I will press charges and take it to court if she doesnt give me back my belongings. I was relocating to a different state so I had just emptied my safety deposit box & that was investments I was saving or my children!
