I am a Electrical contractor/ HVAC contractor/ building contractor in Pennsylvania, 16 years plus so I'd like to use these licenses for my own real estate investing Naples Florida Collier County where I have a second home I'd like someone to help me to attain all these licenses that knows the system in Florida. If you have the license in PA for 16 years, then you really have two options. You can simply apply for an initial license and meet all the requirements. Or you can use your PA license and get a license through endorsement. Go to www.myflorida.com and you will be able to find the applications there. Pretty self explanatory. You will need credit check and background checks too.
