Hi - we currently have a property that has a lien from Cyprexx Services, LLC and I need to obtain a payoff for closing. Can you please advise who I would need to email to get this document?

Reaching out directly to the lien claimant should help with getting any lien release documentation you'll need. But, if the lien release was filed in the property record, you should be able to obtain a copy of the document directly from the county.
