Notice to Owner job address conflicts with Permit adddress

We are supplying electrical materials to this job. The notice of Commencement states 16 Baybreak Drive, but the permit lists 255 Rustic Mill Drive. Contractor told us to ignore the permit and use the address on the Notice of Commencement. Will we be protected?

see FSA 713.18 for the rules on service. If the Notice of Commencement is recorded and still in the effective period, you should be able to rely on it. The building permit (I use the application) is valid for sending it to the owner if a NOC is not recorded. There is no harm in sending to both, however.
