I am a material supplier to subcontractors but we do prelim notices on jobs. Does a notice have to be sent to me if there is a notice of completion filed on a job here in CA?
Do you mean you DO preliminary notices or you DON'T do preliminary notices? If you do (and do so properly), yes, you should get a copy of the notice of recording notice of completion IF one is recorded (most times, there is no notice of completion even recorded). If you do not do preliminary notices, it is unlikely you would ever see a notice of recording a notice of completion.
