I'm a home owner and hired Elite to install gate openers two one with a wireless connection , other with a wired connection, so it would ring our cell phone. the wired connection has never work and was not tested when being installed. when we found out it doesn't work Elite tells us to pay the balance in full before they come out and treat it like a warranty item, it never work so it was never installed correctly and needs to before payment in full I pick the wrong installer.
