I was contracted to do job ,tenant improvement - by the time we were done 7 invoices was Unpaid - I was blackmailed to lying about invoices being more than they were if I wanted my $ - when I would not go along with it all communication stopped. What do I do now ?
Did you serve a notice to owner? When did you last perform work? You may have the right to file a lien depending on the circumstances. If not, then you're only option may be to sue the tenant. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
